The open-plan living, kitchen, and dining areas are filled with natural light and connect seamlessly to a covered outdoor deck, encouraging relaxed indoor–outdoor living. A calm palette of whites and warm timber finishes creates a bright, welcoming interior, while carefully considered layouts prioritize comfort and functionality.

Externally, the home features a contemporary, low-profile form with durable cladding and timber screening, responding to the coastal environment while providing shade and privacy. This project reflects a thoughtful balance of modern design, sustainability, and practicality—perfectly suited to its Lancelin setting.
