MK35 sits on a secluded property in the south coast of Western Australia. The clients had spared no expense in upgrading the WABi, adding custom windows that showcased breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, a spacious deck perfect for entertaining guests, and a massive skillion roof that provided ample shade from the hot Australian sun. The design takes into consideration the site context, north point, and wind patterns of the land. Whilst also being tailored to the client and their specific needs.
